"Limited Lifetime Warranty & Limited One-Year Warranty"

Northeastern Plastics, Inc. (NPI) extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser of Motor Trend™ products that have the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" or "Limited One-Year Warranty" seal on the packaging. Should a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" or "Limited One-Year Warranty" product be proven to be defective due to it's materials and/or workmanship , NPI will repair or replace (at it's option) that product to the original purchaser without charge. To obtain a repair or replacement of a defective unit from NPI, the original purchaser must return, prepaid to NPI, the defective products with a copy of the original sales receipt. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse by the user, to any damages caused by an alteration made to the product by the user, improper use by the user, mishandling, neglect or accident through application made by the user, nor does it extend to any damages caused to any personal property or vehicles of the user nor to any other party. This warranty is non transferable.
